Jaime / Cersei sex scene in the book was a rape. Cersei said no (even if it was a no for the place, a no means stop) and she was hitting Jaime in the beginning. She was pushed to "consent". Even if Cersei finally said yes, maybe she just said yes cause she didn't have other choices (cause she said no, but Jaime didn't stop, she hit him, but he kept going, etc.) When there is a sign of non consent in the beginning, what will follow will not be consent
